October 7th - November 3rd
This training program will take place between October 7th through November 3rd. Training will be at 5:15 - 7:15 PM Monday through Friday at Holmes Middle School, with a Saturday option available as well!
Future Stars Training Program
Session One Dates and Times:
The first session will span four weeks, from Monday, October 7th, 2024, to Sunday, November 3rd, 2024.
Weekday Clinics (Monday through Friday):
● Sessions: 5:15 PM - 7:15 PM
● Location(s): Holmes Middle School, 6525 Montrose Street, Alexandria, VA
Saturday Drop-in Clinic:
● Time: 1:00 PM - 3:00 PM
● Location: Holmes Middle School, 6525 Montrose Street, Alexandria, VA
Our goal is to develop our players in a setting with high intensity, discipline, and focus. We want all of our players to have clarity in the areas we aim to improve with them throughout the Fall. We will look to push players’ limits both physically and mentally to allow them to build confidence and trust in themselves and their training.
