Session 2

January 6th - January 31st

This training program will take place between January 6th through January 31st. Training will be Monday - Friday 5:15 - 7:15 PM at Lincolnia Park Recreational Club, with a Saturday option available as well!

Future Stars Training Program

Session Two Dates and Times:

The third session will span four weeks, from Monday, January 6th to Friday, January 31st.

Weekday Clinics (Monday through Friday):

● Sessions: 5:15 PM - 7:15 PM

● Location(s): Lincolnia Park Recreational Club, 6501 Montrose Street, Alexandria, VA

Saturday Drop-in Clinic:

● Time: 1:00 PM - 3:00 PM

● Location: Thomas Jefferson High School, 6560 Braddock Road, Alexandria, VA

Our goal is to develop our players in a setting with high intensity, discipline, and focus. We want all of our players to have clarity in the areas we aim to improve with them throughout the Winter. We will look to push players’ limits both physically and mentally to allow them to build confidence and trust in themselves and their training. This winter we look forward to building technical skills to further improve the player’s confidence.
