


WCRA Single Week (Session 2)
Schedule: Monday through Friday, July 28th - August 15th
9 & Under 9:00am-10:30am
10 & Older 10:30am-12:00pm
All Ages 9am-12pm (3-Hour Session)
*Please note that the first two session will run at 1.5 hours, different from our Summer Session One classes that ran at 1 hour lengths. The 3 hour camp will run alongside the two 1.5 hour sessions.
Class Structure
Monday-Thursday
10 min warm-up.
25 min groundstroke drills.
10 min serve practice.
30 min live drills with point play.
Finish with competitive and fun drills incorporating the issues coaches pinpoint
Friday Match Day:
5 min warm up
10 min groundstroke rallies
10 min serve practice
5 min of coach getting matches setup on each court (time to help answer questions regarding rules)
Last hour of practice is match play.
